Cort AERO-11 offers an improved concept of double-cut guitars with an adjustment towards younger performers who are into bigger characteristics of rock and metal music. Simply put, these metal-oriented Superstrats are prepared to compete against RG, Soloist, Hellraiser and Blackjack and different series of Soloist and Superstrat-shaped guitars.

Aero-11 begins with a solid, double-cut body composed of a mahogany base with a quilted maple top. The top is created but does not highlight binding. Bridge section is implemented with a non-locking tremolo bridge, which might explain as a weak spot on the tough and competitive market of Superstrat guitars. Three pickups in its front are placed in H/S/S pattern. The neck is composed of maple and it highlights the series standard 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
