10 Day Hassle-Free Return Policy:

Important terms for making a video:
  1. Show the package is sealed packed from all sides.
  2. Your name, address, order ID, Invoice number must be seen clearly.

*Video is one of the best and easy way to investigate the product you receive is really damaged or defected. If we found the sealed in open in the video then we'll refuse your claim*. 

We always provide the ordered products in the best condition. Before placing an order kindly verify the item ordered by you is as per your requirements.

If you receive any damaged product, return it for a full refund of the item purchase price, full credit, or exchange as well. 

Terms & Conditions for Return Process:

For receiving a full refund you have to return the product within 10 days of your delivery date, but make sure the product accepts in original packaging with brand new condition and all the accessories delivered with the product, as well as all components including owner manual and warranty card and show no marks of wear or abuse. 

Make sure that, if the product received more damaged condition or missing notable accessories like connector cables, or DC power supplies, Small dents, and scratches on the product, misplaced or missing items like software or owner manual or driver CDs, etc, and Missing or Tampered barcode and serial number from the product then refund process will not be processed and refused your claim.

Kindly pack the product properly, because it was delivered to you, therefore, keep it safe from damage or dents during the return shipment process. Unless return will either be refused or 15% product missing or damaged fee will be deducted. Refunds are given for product price only, excluding handling and shipping charges.

Please do not accept any packages which are tampered or damaged. In such a situation, please return the product to the courier delivery person. All buyers are the urge to inform us of any damaged product, a wrong delivered product within 72 hours from their delivery at the customer's address. Claims after 72 hours of delivery will not be considered. Products received with physical damage must be reported to DevMusical within 3 days of the delivery date. 

The following items we do not accept returns:

Internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments Harmonicas, flutes, saxophones, etc. { Due to hygiene Reason)

Audio interface, Midi Keyboards, Computer software, or other items that need registration to be used. Once you registered then product no allow reassigned to another user, hence we cannot accept the return.

  1. Used strings sets, boxes of reeds.
  2. Acoustic Drum Kits, drumheads, Books, sticks, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
  3. Products that were damaged due to voltage stability problems or products damaged due to the use of an improper power supply.
Return Shipping:

We'll send our Courier agent for pick up the product, (If you have urgency of sending the goods than you can ship the product directly to us at our Bhopal Location). But make sure that the product is packed properly with all accessories. If we receive critical damage or defected product then you are responsible for the damages.
