1. What payment methods can I use to purchase products on Devmusical?
For customer’s convenience, we have different methods of payment. You can pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD). We also accept cheque and Demand Draft.
2. Are there any EMI options?
Yes, you can use your Credit or Debit card to make payment with easy to pay EMIs.
3. Is there any Warranty for the product?
The warranty of product lies with the Brand. Warranty of a product and other related details are subject to the Brand under which the product is designed. DevMusical does not offer any warranty on its behalf.
4. Which products are not eligible for returns?
Products that are purchased under Offers, Special Deals and Sales are not eligible for returns.
5. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges depends on Pincode, Product Weight and Dimensions.
6. What are the hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges when you buy product from Devmusical. The shipping/courier charges will be informed to you before dispatching the product. Prices listed for each product are final.
7. Do you accept Demand draft/ cheque?
Yes we accept both. We also have other payment options like Net Banking, Credit card, Debit cash and Cash on Delivery.
8. Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on Devmusical?

To make sure that our customers have a safe and secure shopping experience, Devmusical offers the highest standards of payment security while shopping on our site. The details regarding cards are processed through trusted payment gateways ensuring no threat to your information and personal details.
9. Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can do this by signing into your account on Devmusical. You can track the status, pending orders, shipping and other details regarding your order.
10. What is the expected arrival time of my order?
The product shall be delivered within 10 working days of placement of your order with Devmusical.
11. Can I track the product delivery?
Yes, you can check the delivery status as the items are delivered by reputed and trusted courier partners. We will provide you the Tracking ID of your order which can be used to check delivery status on courier partner’s website.
12. What are the Cancellation Charges?
5% charges will be deductable to cancel the order.
13. Can I get a refund if the product does not match or if it is broken?
The refund policy is applicable only within 6 hours of receiving the product. However, even in case of refund, the Internet Handling fees will still be applicable as follows: For Debit Cards: 1.8% For Credit Cards: 2.4% For Net Banking: 2%
14. How do you ensure safety of items while delivery?
The items are packaged properly using water proof plastic wraps, so that product remains safe till they are delivered. To avoid any form of damage, the product is carefully secured with bubble wrap along with regular packaging.
15. Can I exchange the product if it is broken or damaged upon delivery?
Yes, you can contact us within 24 hours of delivery in case you find the product is damaged or broken. We will instantly resolve the issue.
16. The product delivered to me does not match the product
description on your website. What can I do now? In case the delivered item does not match the description on our website, you can contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue by sending the right product.
