D40 patented Varimotion diaphragm employs an amazing laminated material to damp high resonance peaks, pointing to a quantum leap in audio performance. This transducer is defended by a strong wire-mesh cap and can take very high sound pressure levels with comfort. A combined stand adapter in order with the included H440 mounting bracket delivers the D40 a highly versatile tool for use on percussion, wind instruments, drums, and guitar amps.
