DW DWCP5002AD4 5000 Series Accelerator Double Bass Drum Pedal is introducing with an advanced and updated version of earlier DW's double bass drum pedal. It comes with Tri-Pivot Toe Clamp for enhancing gripping strength, making a powerful connection between the drummer and his kick drum. Including 3 independent 360-degrees, rotating drum pads precisely pinch almost any thickness and diameter bass drum counter hoop from the top and the bottom, without slippage.
The 5000 Series pedal also features a unique textured rubber grip pad on the base plate. DW wants to enhance the feel and smoothness of the 5000, therefore a Dual Bearing Spring Rocker is added, delivering the 5000 more fast and responsive. Equipped with a host of upgrades and refinements, features an aluminum pedal plate, Hexa shafts, and linkages, dual 101 two -way beaters, with built-in spurs. The 5000 Series pedals customized to satisfy the needs of almost all players.
The Accelerator AD4 drive system provides a unique motion that creates an indirect bond between footboard and sprocket, enhancing the velocity of the pedal by reducing the length of the stoke. It is necessary for conditions that need increased sensitivity and speed.
