Epiphone ES-339 Pro ET33EBNH1 features laminated Maple body with a solid center block in a reduced size making it lighter and simpler for travel. The Mahogany neck is glued to the body with a traditional Mortise and Tenon neck joint and has a SlimTaper D profile. The Pau Ferro fingerboard has mother-of-pearl style Dot inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a 12-inch radius. Epiphone ES-339 Pro uses a Dual vacuum waxing method to assure a quiet operation free from microphonic hum. The method starts with placing the pickup in the particular wax vacuuming machine before the cover is placed on the unit to assure that the wax completely reaches to the center of the pickup and hardens all the components. A second vacuum wax bath is given after the cover is placed on until the unit is completely saturated with wax. Epiphone ET33EBNH1 also uses high-quality ABS plastic bobbins, 1010 Cold Rolled Steel pole shoes and pole screws.

ET33EBNH1 highlights Alnico Classic Pro humbuckers made with Alnico-V magnets, which provide slightly higher output in the mid and high ranges. Each pickup is also wired for coil-tapping. Humbucker becomes a single-coil pickup just by pulling up the pickup’s volume knob. The body and fingerboard have single-ply cream binding. ES-339 Pro ET33EBNH1 guitar features stop bar tailpiece and LockTone Bridge for sustenance and intonation along with deluxe machine heads having an 18:1 tuning ratio, nickel hardware, and a 1/4 inch Heavy-Duty output jack. Each pickup has its Volume and Tone control with full-size 500K potentiometers coupled with sturdy, all-metal 3-way toggle pickup selector switch for high durability.
