Tama HC63BW Heavy Duty Boom Stand

The Tama HC63BW is a strong, double-braced boom cymbal stand. It highlights the Roadpro Quick-Set tilter which supports simple positioning of cymbals at essentially any angle. The Quick-Set Tilter continues its position using the friction of six soft metal disc plates instead of conventional toothed gears, so you can customise it to any desired angle. This device also has a more permanent structure than a standard gear tilter.

By including nylon washers into the leg stand parts we have enhanced stability and made the leg action much softer. Putting a threaded steel addition nut inside the tripod base gives much more strength and performs stripping much less likely than with the legendary design of cutting the threads quickly into the die-cast section. The cymbal bottom shields the cymbal's centre hole from the tilter's shaft and threads. If part of the nylon sleeve wears out, you can proceed to use the cymbal bottom by rotating it upside down.
